Despite its small appearance, our shop’s shelves are packed to the rafters with a huge range of dressmaking fabrics, curtain fabrics, upholstery, haberdashery and accessories.
We offer a wide range of dressmaking fabrics that include cottons, polycottons, poplin, lace and lawn and stock sewing patterns from ranges such as McCalls, Simplicity, New Look, Butterick and Vouge. We stock fleece, jersey, corduroy and wool textiles, in addition, to dress netting, lining and interfacing to meet all your sewing project needs.
We host many ranges of curtain and upholstery fabrics and have accounts with brands such as Clarke & Clarke, Prestigious Textiles, Ashley Wilde, Porter & Stone and Bill Beaumont to name but a few. All fabrics are measured by the metre and small amounts are available on request.
Whatever your project, we have a range of crafty fabrics and accessories to help you get creative. We stock everything from felts to patchwork, calico to PVC, and accessories such as scissors and cutting mats. Whether you are a seasoned crafter or have a last-minute fancy dress need, you will be sure to find something to inspire.
We also pride ourselves on our large range of the little bits to help make your sewing project complete. We stock zips, thread, piping cord and buttons, in addition to a large selection of trims, ribbon and lace.
